sleepmakeswaves add more dates to 'Great Northern' international tour

Australian post-rock trailblazers sleepmakeswaves have announced more dates for their extensive 'Great Northern' tour, now totalling 55 shows across 22 countries from March to June.Currently in the midst of a European tour with Skyharbor & Tides From Nebula, the band will then head to Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, China, Hong Kong and Singapore, before wrapping up their tour in Australia and New Zealand.The New Zealand dates will be the band's first time in NZ, co-headlining alongside American legends This Will Destroy You in Auckland and Wellington.? In Sydney, they have added a second exclusive show supporting prog icons Opeth at the Enmore Theatre on May 3rd, before wrapping up with a massive all ages headline show at the Metro Theatre on June 13th.So far?the band have celebrated?capacity?shows in London, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Vienna?and Barcelona, with?packed rooms across the rest of the?European continent.The 'Great Northern' tour is named for the band's latest single & video, taken from their ARIA-nominated album 'Love of Cartography' (#31 AUS).'Love of Cartography' is out now through Bird's Robe Records/MGM.
